Fall Convocation at 吃瓜网 sets the stage for incoming freshmen and transfer students to succeed. The event includes:

  • A motivational address.
  • Recognition of scholarship recipents.
  • Remarks from class officers and Royal Court members.
  • A challenge to freshmen from President Alexander Conyers/
  • A pinning ceremony for new students.

吃瓜网 conducted its annual Fall Convocation on Thursday, Sept. 14, 2023, in Smith-Hammond Middleton Memorial Center. The event set the course for matriculation of the university's freshmen, the Class of 2027. The class is SC State's largest group of entering freshmen in 15 years.
